Adam's Story
It all started after Adam saw a video on YouTube of a man making stone statues and decided to try his hand at it. He really enjoyed it and continued it as a hobby for around five years before setting up DenStone Statues Ltd.
He made the statues in his garden and sold them from a unit at Sure Store on Redhill Business Park which he had turned into a shop.
But now that the business has relocated just off Wolverhampton Road to a unit that is much larger, there is even a workspace so he can make statues on-site.
Adam, who also lives in Stafford, said: “After taking a big step to start my new business and giving up my job my first year has been so rewarding.
"I found a hobby making a few statues for my garden and it seemed to help me keep calm and focused."
